When Will My Order Boat

The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Our products will either be available as vessels Out Next Business Day, In Stock & Ready to transport, Exclusive Pre-Order, and/ or have an estimated ETA listed. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product  runner if they won't be anticipated to  transport within normal processing times. Also, the order evidence you admit via dispatch will also display the anticipated shipping time frame.

Order Processing Time 

• Orders are reused within 2- 3 business days, Monday to Friday. 

• Last Order Time 6.00 PM( GMT 07.00) Western Indonesia Time( Jakarta)

• Weekend Orders Orders placed on weekends are reused the coming business day.   

Conveyance Time

• Estimated Delivery Time 4- 17 business days. 

• Business Days Shipments  do Monday to Friday. 

• Notes Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors  similar as rainfall conditions and transportation issues.

Shadowing Instructions 

• Tracking Information After purchase, you'll admit an dispatch with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the  shadowing number.

• Track Your Order You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your shadowing number on our shadowing gate to view the status of your order. 

• Questions Our support  platoon is ready to  help with any questions about tracking your order.   

Missing Particulars Procedure 

• Reporting Missing particulars communicate our  client service within 7 days of  entering your package via info@canomarine.com 

• Resolution We'll resolve the issue as soon as possible and  shoot a  relief  point or offer a refund.   

Return Policy 

• Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of  entering your order. 

• Conditions for Returns particulars must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Individualized particulars can not be returned. 

• Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the  client unless the  point is  imperfect or not as described. In similar cases, Cano Marine will cover the return shipping costs. 

• Refund Refunds are reused within 14 days of  entering the return and are reimbursed to the original payment  system.
